High-performance sheet metal workers and a premiere in bending technology
At the 16th Blechexpo, visitors to the MicroStep Europa GmbH stand in Hall 9, Stand 9102 will have the opportunity to experience a combination of very special sheet metal processing machines live in action. Together with technology partner Accurl, the provider of various multifunctional 3D solutions for cutting, automation, bending, deburring and more is focussing entirely on the processing of flat material.
A particularly powerful and cost-effective system will be on show in Stuttgart: the 2D fibre laser cutting system from the MSE SmartFL series from MicroStep Europa. "The fiber laser system is ideal for users who are looking for top quality at manageable investment costs. Powerful, reliable and economically equipped with consistently high-quality components. And furthermore, it's ready for the production of the future," explains Johannes Ried. This is because the MSE SmartFL is prepared for the use of IndustryFusion, a multi-vendor open-source networking solution for smart factories and smart products. This offers complete transparency across all networked systems and machines in your production – and as a result, enables even more efficient and automated production.
The trade fair will also see the premiere of two press brakes that MicroStep Europe is now selling under the label MicroStep Industry powered by Accurl. On the one hand, the reliable and highly efficient EUROMASTER bending machine will be live on site. The system is economical to purchase and offers many options even in the high-quality basic package. On the other hand, there is the compact, all-electric eB Ultra series, which has a modular design and has been developed for accurate and fast bending results.
